Manufactured in polyester fiber and available in two colours, red and black, these insulators allows the mounting of power plates in power electronics equipments, insulating these from the fixing base. Available in multiple sizes and diameters, can be delivered with female-female, male-female or male-male connection.

Made in polyglass polyesther material reinforced with fiberglass and available in red and black colour.This insulators allow to assembly power terminals (aluminium or copper) in power electronic equipment isolating the terminal and the mounting base. SCR Firing Boards

SCR Drivers, analog or digital firing and regulation boards, designed to manage SCR topologies as controlled rectifiers or AC regulators with controlled antiparallel SCR up to 700 VRMS. Phase regulation, burst firing regulation, open-loop and closed-loop I/V operation. Rough, highly configurable and versatile regulation boards.

We offer a comprehensive range of boards and complete solutions to fire and regulate nearly any existing topology and industrial application with thyristors.

One of our main features is that we have available a range of boards to control three phase and single phase thyristors applications, and a modular firing board capable to fire both.

A large range of accessories are also available to answer all customer needs, such as power supplies, current transformers, shunts, universal galvanic isolator, a remote panel for cabinet’s door, opto isolated voltage transducer, etc.

Our SCR Firing Boards Products:

SC6006, is a 3~ angle phase SCR firing board with a wide input supply voltage up to 480 VRMS, and up to 700 VRMS operation voltage. DSP controlled with digital or analog input signaling. Can operate in phase delay regulation, burst firing and zero-crossing modes.

Also it can autodetect the mains phase rotation, frequency of operation and outputs autoset.

Integrates an on-board LCD with outputs and status LED indications and a remote LCD also available using its RS232 communication port.

SCiCoreDrive22 is a 2-channel driver designed to allow the firing of IGBTs up to 1200 V. Suitable for any architecture that included half-bridges, full-bridges or three phase bridges of IGBT’s with a DC-link until 900 V covering a wide range of applications: inverters, converters, renewable energies, traction, welding, UPS, etc.

SCiSwitchDrive11 is a MOSFET & IGBT firing board which implements the usual gate driver functions. It has been designed for making DC solid state relays (through the connection of a power MOSFET in the output). It provides a galvanic isolation up to 3000 VAC between input and output.

SCiCoreDrive62 is a 6-channel driver designed to control trhee-phase bridge inverters with IGBT’s or MOSFET up to 1200 V. Incorporates an internal DC-DC converter for each channel. Includes an VCE monitoring of IGBT, it provides the protection of this one in case of failure by soft turning- off the IGBT, and sending an optically isolated feedback fault signal. It also provides an under voltage lock out protection to avoid trigger the IGBT with insufficient gate voltage.

Medium Power IGBT Stacks

Our MTM series is the main range of standard product covering the medium power IGBT stacks assemblies offering a compact and very modular stacks from 30 to 300 kW using medium power range IGBT modules as industry's standard 34 and 62 mm modules and EconoDUAL™ or SimBus-F modules. Designed as three main blocks: rectifier block/DC-link/inverter to give an answer to the demand of this kind of power stack technologies. Wide Range of Liquid Cooled Heatsinks

Copper and aluminium liquid cooled heatsinks with internal channel for semiconductor cooling through water, glycol and/or oil. Appropriate for high power converters in industrial facilities with cooling circuit systems and heat exchangers. We have a standard range and we can customise any design you require. The new RG82000 series implements new fabrication FSW technology for a very reliable and high performace coldplates. RG78000 series has been specially designed for IHM/IHV y PrimePACK™3 modules. RG77000 as a low cost solution with inserted cooling circuit. RG75000 series for press-pack devices and RG76000 for 62 mm completes the standard product range from our company.

RG82000 High performance FSW liquid cooled heat sinks

The RG82000 series consists of a FSW welded coldplates.

Our FSW fabrication method allows an easy adaptation to the most demanding application requirements with a higher reliability with a joint-free monolithic body.

With the cooling circuit integrated on its body and FSW welded its reliability against accidental leaks is very high, the only joints are in the entrance and exit of the fluid circuit. With our FSW welded fabrication method a high customization of the cooling circuit is achieved yelding to high performance and module oriented circuits whilst mantaining a low pressure drop.

RG78000 Series for IHV /IHM / PrimePACK™ modules

Liquid cooling heatsinks with specific design of internal channel for each power module, considering the internal situation of the power chips. The circuit has been optimized for an homogeneous distribution of the heat. Manufactured in copper or aluminium can be adapted to the customer requirements.

These heatsinks are specially suited for cooling of high power converters. RG7803xAL and RG7803xCU range is PrimePACK™3 specific while RG7823xAL and RG7823xCU can be used for IHV/IHM modules from other manufacturers.

RG77000 High reliability and low cost liquid cooled heat sinks

The RG77000 series consists of a sandwich structure of 2 pieces on a cooling coil.

This structure allows easy adaptation to the requirements of the application and allows to combine different materials (for example, aluminum – copper).

As the cooling circuit is done with a single curved tube the reliability against accidental leaks is very high, because there are only joints in the entrance and exit of the fluid circuit.

Tube diameters are standardized to Ø8 mm and Ø10 mm., which allows standardizing the production process and offer a competitive cost.

The possible surface dimensions range start from 25cm2 to over 1800cm2, which can be overcome in multi circuit design.

The operating temperature limits are 0 ° C to 120 ° C., but there is the possibility of special applications for high temperatures and high thermal cycles (from -50ºC to 350ºC) with RG77000HTC special series (consult to factory).
