SP SERIES

IGBT assemblies in press pack format. Press pack IGBTs reduce the explosion risk, improve power cycling performance as well as provide better short circuit behaviour compared with modules. Also the stray inductance in both gate and emmitter connections is reduced. SP stacks are built with 2500V & 4500V IGBTs, suitable for wide range of high power IGBT assemblies.

TQ SERIES

Thyristor and diode modular system with high reliability thanks to the construction with press-pack devices. Standard types available (and possibility of customizing), optimized and codified, natural or forced cooling, this series includes tested protection (thermal switch, ultrarapid fuses and RC network). You can get from this series a complete industrial rectifier, ready to use.

TK SERIES

W1C power stacks of medium power. Its configuration make easy to use in AC switches and change of polarity. Thyristors are selected for this series in order to get the best performance. Standard working voltage is 400VRMS but can be made in higher types.

RP SERIES

Complete stacks with thyristors and diodes that allows to get the main power topologies. This series is the upper step of the power module systems, when the power module design arrive to the limit, this series is the next solution. Made with our 4 different heatsink profiles from RG15000 extruded series and habitual press-pack devices available from our stock.

HP SERIES

HP series are an air cooling block design “heatsink+semiconductor+heatsink” that can be mounted at a customer convenience in industrial systems, we offer a calculate performance guide calculation depending on application circuit and cooling system. Habitually used in big surface treatment rectifiers and air cooling high power industrial systems.

SW SERIES

High power liquid cooling systems. Can be mounted with high frequency thyristors, phase control thyristors or diodes. These systems can be customized under customer requirements. Habitually used in induction heating systems or big industrial systems where the liquid cooling is easily available.

SC SERIES

W1C liquid cooled anti-parallel thyristor power stacks. This series is suited for AC switches in welding by resistance. Due to its reliable and compact design are used in industrial cabinets with aggressive atmosphere and strongly recommended for demanding applications.

HW SERIES

HW series are a liquid cooling block design “heatsink-semiconductor-heatsink” that can be mounted at a customer convenience in industrial systems, . Can be mounted as a free-wheeling diode or to combine each block to create a complete high power topologies.
