MT SERIES

Assemblies with IGBT power modules. Starting from a standard range to initiate an always difficult designing process. We have designed three main blocks, rectifier/DC link/inverter to give an answer to the demand of this kind of power stack technologies. Any of these three blocks can be easily adapted to the application requirements. From this starting point, we can customized as per design collaboration with our customers.
We count with the necessary to deliver a complete power assembly meeting the required targets and providing a value added to any design that anyone wants to propose to us. Our company and our partners have a wide range of semiconductors, drivers, high efficiency cooling systems, bus-bars, snubbers, DC link capacitor banks MKP and electrolytic as well as the necessary mounting hardware.

MF SERIES

1~ and 3~ power stacks with power modules for AC control and rectifying. Standard types available, optimized and codified, natural or forced cooling, this series includes tested protection (thermal switch, ultrarapid fuses and RC network). This standard series can be delivered mainly from our stock.
This serie also includes, optionally, a phase angle regulation firing board or a zero switching firing module.

MB SERIES

1~ (B2HK) and 3~ (B6HK) power stacks with power modules for BATTERY CHARGERS. This series is specially suited for forced cooling application and the compact design allows the mounting inside the small cabinets.

MR SERIES

Power stacks with power diode modules designed to work as single diode, freewheeling diode or dropping voltage network. Main application in renewable energy as photovoltaic cabinets, battery chargers and low voltage applications.

SD SERIES

MOSFET solid state relay with firing board included. This serie allows up to 100V switching and up to 825A of current at a switching frequency of 100Hz max.

MC SERIES

We offer the combination of all type of power modules with habitually manufactured heatsinks in one catalogue. Diode-diode , thyristor-thyristor and diode-thyristor modules in all topologies of AC control or rectifying.

MW SERIES

Liquid cooled power sacks combining Diode-diode , thyristor-thyristor and diode-thyristor modules in habitual topologies for AC control and rectifying.

SM SERIES

W1C liquid cooling power module stacks. Can be delivered in three different options. Suitable for welding by resistance can also be customised, ask to our sales department for information.
