Nowadays the dissipation requirements in reduced spaces are growing, thanks to this technology you can improve thermal resistance and get better results. These heatsinks are now in traction application, windmills and high power supply designs. Available in two side cooling with RG40080 series or one side cooling at different heights with RG42080 and RG42120. We offer too the custom design for any requirement for this type of technology.

COMBI HEATSINK+RADIAL FAN

We can deliver the complete kit “heatsink+radial fan” to you in order to reduce the number of references in the equipments. This combi comes with the radial fan from SEMICODE and gives you an IP44 fan with 207W power. The included heatsink can be machined under specific drawing, please ask to our sales department for complete details.

EXTRUDED PROFILES

Habitual profiles of the market, our own profiles and exclusive designed profiles for medium and high power heatsinks. We have our own machinery to do all the machining CNC process to answer to your requirements in a minimum delivery time with superior quality.

LIQUID COOLING

Copper and aluminium heatsinks with internal channel for semiconductor cooling through water, glycol and/or oil. Appropriate for high power converters in industrial facilities with cooling circuit systems and heat exchangers. We have a standard range and we can customise any design you require. The new 78000(picture) series has been designed for IHM/IHV y PrimePACK3TM modules. Joins the range of high performance liquid cooling. RG75000 series for press-pack devices and RG76000 for 62mm completes the standard product range from our company.

COMPACT LIQUID COOLING EQUIPMENT

Liquid cooling equipments of condensation by air, ready to connect and work. Appropriated for the design of complete liquid cooling systems together with our heatsinks.
They have pump, condenser and evaporator with an IP23 cover.
