HTS System

The heatsink thermal sensing system is a heatsink embedded sensor that allows a neat and easy way to sense precisely the temperature under power module. The device has a wide operating temperature range and accuracy suitable for precise temperature monitorization of IGBTs modules or any other heatsink surface mounted power device.

Voltage transducer

RGCAV02OA module is an optoisolated voltage transducer designed as an interface for our firing boards in closed-loop systems. Suitable for single phase three phase an DC input voltages.
Maximum output voltage of 10V set by a potentiometer.

Signal converter

SC420/10 module is a signal converter current/voltage, with an input between 4mA up to 20mA, and an output between 0 and 10V. No setting needed and 15V unipolar feed. Offers a great linearity and low consumption.

SCFA DC power supply

SCFA is a 6W linear power supply. It was initially designed to supply the semicode® thyristor firing boards, but it has general purpose. It could be supplied at 230 or 400Vrms. Output voltages are factory set depending on the reference. Other output values are available under request.
